actually...

the guy said we reminded him of jesus and mary chain, not the pixies. it looked like he really enjoyed our set last night because he thought it was such a blast from the past.

our set was something else last night, huh? i didn't even expect for it to turn out like that because i had been feeling a bit tired and depressed and i was afraid that it would show. i don't know... maybe i was so determined to counter it that i finally did it right, for once. i hope it stays. and i agree that singing while playing guitar helped me. and of course, everyone else did great. and i'd like to thank roel for being a sport about everything, too, even amidst teasing from other friends. well, i don't know what he says behind our backs, but i appreciate his civility and smiles to our faces.

anyway, i hope it goes on. pats on backs all around...
