it was quite a successful Buzz Night we had last night... but for this post of mine, i won't be doing a review since it was very obvious at how each bands played exceptionally well... posting something about that won't be necessary...
i would just like to thank The Camerawalls for playing... bow ako sa iyo Clem, ace yang mga songs nyo... also, we'll miss Sonnet Lviii, i think last night was their best set (during Dale's recent short stint here in Manila) and also congrats Ecay!!! di mo kami dinisappoint... actually it was kind of a torture test for her since i made her sing songs which she had yet to master kahit na meron na syang ilang songs na sobrang comfortable na cya... she has guts... Elaine would be very proud... Elaine texted me right after maghiwahiwalay tayo galing Icebergs... she said "Good luck tom w/ ecay, she's a big Check for me"... Eto sample, ayaw pa nya kantahin ito...
Thanks din sa lahat ng nagpunta and also to Sir Carl for the help... thanks din Dale for convincing me to continue doing Buzz Nights and for recommending Ecay...
May mga napansin akong 1st during this October Buzz...
- First time we did this outside Mayrics...
- First gig ni Ecay...
- First time tumugtog ng buo yung current line-up ng Soft Pillow Kisses...
- For the first time, maayos ang porma ni Maggot kagabi although sabi ni Rene, mukha daw syang masahista...
