hello everyone...
as i mentioned in a recent post, candyaudioline has undergone another personnel change. we have a new drummer and a new bassist... introducing the new members... the drummer's name is carlo, he also plays drum for my science project and aurora borealis. he is also a very funny guy. our new bassist's name is margot but likes to be called goteng. but i enjoy calling her maggot. i thing she plays bass for 3-4 bands of the metalkind...
we had our first gig last night at mayrics along with parokya ni edgar and moonstar88 and some visiting band from new jersey - who dished out some really great "metal suff"... i was really nervous going into the gig because we haven't really gelled yet as a band but by the time i finished setting up my gear, i became relaxed and realised that it was just supposed to be an exercise for Buzz Night's gig this coming saturday... as expected, we flunked our set... the first two songs ("flaming walls" and "we've been there" were ok but by the latter part of the third song "waste my time", all hell broke lose. no need to make salaysay okei... but i still think that we were 75% pogi during the last song "an empty you"... well i guess come saturday we'll be 90% na...
